Join your instructor Miss Erere* (aka Patti De La O) for a dance-based movement class. Women of all ages and all physical abilities are invited to attend. Did you know that your body fights disease by moving? This class is designed to help you get moving, which is essential for keeping you healthy. It’s fun, and fun is good for you too! Fight disease while having fun.
You don’t have to learn any tricky dance steps. You don’t even have to exercise!! The only thing you’ll do in this class is move to the music. You can move slow, fast, sitting down, standing up, laying down, or even in a wheelchair. We’ll work on moving every part of our body and our balance. We’ll also work on our breathing, to help reduce stress and improve our lung function. Our goal is to fight disease and keep it away through movement, laughter, fun, and a deeper relationship with our Holy Father.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one, and don’t forget to bring some drinking water.
When: Thursdays, 4 – 5 pm beginning March 18, 2021, and ending April 15.
Where: Hydesville Community Church Fellowship Hall Note: Covid-19 safety protocol will be followed. We will keep at least a 6-foot separation between each other, and please wear your mask.
