Women's Ministry Director
Status: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Reporting To: Lead Pastor
Description:
The Women’s Ministry Director must be a Christ-centered individual who is able to lead women in their growing relationship with Christ. She should be a student of the Bible and active in the Church. Her relationship with Christ should be a living testimony to all those around her. The ideal candidate should be relationally driven and committed to serving the community.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the Women’s Ministry including outreach and spiritual counseling, bible studies, and special events. The primary purpose of this role is to spread the Good News and care for the women.

HR/Finance Ministry Coordinator
Status: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)
Reporting to: Lead Pastor
Description:
The HR/Finance Ministry Coordinator serves Hydesville Community Church by coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Human Resources departments. This individual helps ensure the church’s financial and personnel systems operate with integrity, efficiency, and alignment to the mission and values of HCC. The role combines administrative precision with ministry-minded stewardship, maintaining a balance between organizational excellence and a heart for serving the people behind the numbers.
