Youth Assistant
Status: Part-Time
Reporting to: Lead Pastor
Description:
The Youth Assistant is a Christ-centered individual, strong and growing in his faith, a student of the Bible, “above reproach” (I Timothy 3 and Titus 1), and active in the church. This person should be currently demonstrating a “Christ-like” lifestyle that represents the church and the hands and feet of Christ in the broader community. The Youth Assistant should have a passion for youth fellowship, and be a gifted connector who can easily build relationship with students and families. The Youth Assistant should be relationally driven and passionate about discipling the youth.
